How does search work?

Search on Horsecentraltn.com is an easy way to find what you’re looking for. Navigate to the tabs at the top of the page on the web or app and choose the category your item is located in and you’ll be directed to the most relevant results for your inquiry. If you can’t find what you are looking for under a specific tab, use our general SEARCH tab at the top of the first page to navigate to the item.

Optimizing Your Listings

To optimize your listings for faster discovery, we recommend focusing on listing quality and accuracy. Here are some quick tips: 

  • Give your listings clear titles 
  • Ensure descriptions are detailed and accurate 
  • Update fields like brand, size, and condition
  • Be as detailed as possible, and, include pictures of all angles of the product

FAQ

It may take a short time for new or updated listings to appear in search. Please ensure the listing has a clear title, accurate details, and is in the correct category. Applying multiple filters, such as size and price, to a search can help narrow down the results. 

Yes! You can search for a merchant by typing their name directly into the search bar. 

 

Horsecentraltn.com recommends the merchant ship your purchase within 2 business days.  The merchant should provide you with tracking for your purchase. 

Sellers who repeatedly cancel or fail to ship order may face temporary account restrictions.  Continued violations may result in permanent account suspension.

Each merchant maintains their own set of Refunds and Returns.  Please check with the merchant to verify their terms prior to making a purchase.  If an item needs to be returned, reach out directly to the merchant for next steps.

In most cases, tracking may pause for a few days due to a minor delay, but it will typically resume as the package moves through the carrier’s network.

If there are no additional tracking updates 21 days from the last scan, please contact the merchant for assistance.  If the merchant is nonresponsive please contact shipping@horsecentraltn.com.

For orders shipped with USPS Ground Advantage to Hawaii, Guam, or Military addresses, tracking updates may take longer to appear. These shipments often experience extended transit and scanning times.

USPS can take some time to scan packages into their mail stream and update the tracking information. We ask that you allow 5 business days from the time the package was dropped off at your local post office or mail box for the tracking information to update.  In some instances your item size may be smaller than required for tracking information.

Each merchant maintains their payment platform separately.  Most will take Venmo, Zelle, Paypal and major credit cards as well as possibly ACH.
